Ans: The human resource manager are  an individual who act as , advisor , staff capacity. Working with other staff and manager as well , to achieved the goals of the Organization.

Reasons OF Logics:

1)Length of Service

The length of time spent in an organisation leads to the development of shared understandings and experiences (Wiersema & Bird 1993). Studies suggest that increased tenure in an organisation is positively related to employee well-being and employee performance (Finkelstein & Hambrick 1990, Wiersema & Bantel 1992, Pfeffer 1993). These positive outcomes supposedly result from the implementation of effective HRM policies and practices.

Employment Sector

Employees who work in the public sector have been found to be different from employees who work in the private sector along a number of dimensions.

Methodology

This paper reports on one aspect of a research project into HRM practice in New Zealand, where the major focus was on public and private sector differences in HRM practices.

Site and Subjects

Employee participants for this study were secured by firstly writing to all those employers in the Wellington and Christchurch regions, located in the New Zealand Business Who’s Who, who were listed as employing 50 or more staff. In total some 234 organisations were originally contacted, with 40 organisations agreeing to participate.

Ans: Career Development: Career Management ensures others know about you and your value. Although Career Management is one of the five phases of career development planning in our model. This will help the employee and manager to done things proper and in good way. 1. Business Cultural Understanding: Take the time to understand the basics of how business is conducted. A country’s culture should dictate the way you behave and strategize. The rules differ greatly from place to place. 2. 2. Security Environment. Evaluate and understand the security environment, including the risks of crime, political unrest, and kidnap and ransom in a given country. You’ll need to keep employees informed of any changes in security risks. 3. Health Risks and Medical Environment. Understanding the profile of a country’s health risks is a prerequisite for business travel or setting up foreign operations. Make sure employees have received all the recommended vaccinations and prophylactic medications prior to departure. 4. 4. Safety Environment. Even in the worst days after the Iraq war, road-traffic accidents were the leading cause of death and injury among contractors stationed there. This is the case in almost every working environment, no matter how hostile. Step to Minimize Risks: 1. Insure against your specific risks: It's not enough to purchase standard insurance policies. You must know the specific risks your business faces and insure against them. 2)Training: One of the objectives of a small business owner is to minimize its risk of lawsuit and create and successfully maintain a productive , congenial and safe work environment. 4. Enforce Your Policies & Investigate Claims: You can protect yourself against certain types of liability caused by an employee’s misconduct against other employees by clearly having policies against such behavior, and enforcing those policies.
